Expressions of interests are now open for creative businesses, organisations and practitioners to rent office space at Collins Street Studios.
In partnership with the Victorian Government, the City of Melbourne’s Creative Spaces program is launching its first creative hub in the heart of the city, offering more affordable and adaptive spaces to support the creative sector.
Located at 271 Collins Street, the new Collins Street Studios hub will transform a vacant open plan office into a diverse collection of spaces for creative businesses, organisations and practitioners.
This is a rare opportunity to co-locate your practice within a creative hub environment that can host over 100 creative workers, provide a platform for collaboration, the sharing of ideas, resources and skills and help boost creative sector careers and practices.
There is 1125m2 of spaces available at below market rates for creatives whose work is suited to an office environment.
