Creative Spaces is a biennial event designed to bring the visual arts and gallery sector together. This year’s event is being hosted in Adelaide at Lot Fourteen and the program is jam-packed with talks, panels and workshops that are sure to both provoke and inspire.
This year’s event is focused on a dialouge around the role of galleries and creative spaces as more than places where art and creativity happens – they are places where communities connect and celebrate, where people learn, where jobs are creative, where people can improve their health and wellbing and where inspiring ideas are born!
Along with this theme around examining Creative Spaces differently, the Summit will incorporate four other themes including First Nations Contemporary Art, Cross Industry Collaborations, the Business of Managing a Gallery and the Intersection between Art and Heritage.
Join us and be part of the conversation with over 70 speakers, facilitators and performers from all over Australia presenting over 2.5 days. It is time think ambitiously about what the future might hold for visual arts and the gallery sector.
