Marketing Coordinator

Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager

Primary purpose of the role:
This is an entry level position, responsible for coordinating the activities for the Marketing Campaigns team. This includes project budgeting, administration responsibilities, production and timeline management and campaign reporting.
Criteria of success will be measured on ensuring budgets are kept up to date, coded correctly and invoices approved, processed, and paid on time. As well as assisting and supporting the members of the Marketing Team across the various projects to achieve the agreed business and marketing objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage, monitor and report on the Marketing Department’s integrated budget, invoices and reconciliations
- Assist in team meeting and calendar management (e.g. Marketing Leave Calendar, Marketing Meeting or similar)
- Traffic material deadlines across the marketing campaign team
- Implementation of campaigns including the rollout of design and copy assets across various channels
- Act as Marketing Department contact for cross-promotional requests and fulfilment
- Support in general marketing admin – meeting agendas, WIPs and note taking in meetings
- Assist with Season Launches, Subscription and Single Ticket Campaigns. List of responsibilities to be determined, agreed, and evaluated on a Quarterly basis
- Quarterly competitor reviews and campaign reporting
- Other duties as required
Qualifications & Experience:
- A passion for working in the arts and interest in classical music
- A passion for marketing and pursuing a career in marketing
- Tertiary qualified; preferably incorporating studies in business, arts or marketing management
- A strong work ethic, can-do attitude, excellent organisational and project management skills, communication skills, proficient in technology and results driven
Development:
- Understanding of music and live entertainment industry
- Hands on marketing development, including ticketing and pricing strategies, digital marketing and campaign management
- Professional development around the use of CRM systems
